> PARKING INFORMATION
Located within Town Center of Virginia Beach and only a short distance from Interstate 264, The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts is the finest entertainment venue in the area. With more than 3,200 free parking spaces, Sandler Center guests can park within close proximity to the venue.

The Armada Hoffler Tower is the main parking garage at Town Center. Lined with shops and restaurants, this nine story parking garage can be accessed from Town Center Drive or Central Park Avenue.

Dick's Sporting Goods Parking Garage is located at the corner of Independence Blvd. and Columbus Street. This five story parking garage can be accessed from Market Street.

The Cosmopolitan Parking Garage is located across from the Armada Hoffler Tower. This four story parking garage accommodates both apartment residents and Town Center guests. Also, there is a parking lot across the street from the Cosmopolitan that provides additional parking. Both can be accessed from Town Center Drive and Columbus Street.

The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts is located at 201 Market Street (adjacent to the Westin Hotel) in Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.

From I-64East/Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (Peninsula): Take Newtown Road Exit/284B. Merge onto I-264 East/Norfolk-VA Beach Expressway. Take Exit 17B/South Independence Boulevard. Turn Right on Columbus Street. Turn Left on Market Street. The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts is located on the left.

From I-64 West/Chesapeake-Suffolk: Take Newtown Road Exit/284B. Merge onto I-264 East/Norfolk-VA Beach Expressway. Take Exit 17B/South Independence Boulevard. Turn Right on Columbus Street. Turn Left on Market Street. The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts is located on the left.

From I-264 East/Downtown Portsmouth or Norfolk: Take Exit 17B/South Independence Boulevard. Turn Right on Columbus Street. Turn Left on Market Street. The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts is located on the left.

From I-264 West/Oceanfront: Take Exit 17B/South Independence Boulevard. Turn Right on Columbus Street. Turn Left on Market Street. The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts is located on the left.

From US-13 South/Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel:After bridge, continue on US-13 South. US-13 South will merge into Northampton Boulevard. Take VA-225/South Independence Boulevard Exit. Turn Left onto US-58 East/Virginia Beach Boulevard. Turn Right on Market Street. The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts is located on the right.
