Act II Endowment Campaign With the completion of the $12.5 Million Sandler Center Capital Campaign, the Virginia Beach Performing Arts Center Foundation has embarked on the Act II Endowment Campaign to support the future of the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts. These funds will create a permanent source of funding to bring in the best performers and create more opportunities to share the arts with our children.
