Student Matinees
• 3,903 students attended our four student matinees. Total attendance including chaperones - 4,657 people.
• Patchwork: 756 students
• Cupcake: 2,048 students
• Star Trek: 1,099 students
• 59% increase in number of students attending matinees from 2009-2010.
Outreach
• We reached 734 students through education outreach, including the Joe Bonamassa lecture and meet-and-greet and two in-school performances by the Borealis Wind Quintet.
ACCESS the ARTS
• 1,937 students attended matinees through the ACCESS the ARTS program.
• This is a 600% increase over last year’s Title I participation.
In total, the 2010-2011 Sandler Center educational and outreach programs reached 8,785 students. This was an increase of 297% from the 2009-2010 season.
