Event Details
Celebrate a return of Symphonicity’s full orchestra in the Sandler Center with a concert that will put the sound of music “in motion!” Ravel’s famous Bolero will bring the orchestra and dancers together one by one toward a spectacular finale. A beautiful dance-like concertino for flute by Cécile Chaminade will feature Symphonicity’s own Amber Kidd, followed by an emotional finish with Tchaikovsky’s beloved Serenade for Strings.
"In Motion" will be performed under the directon of Maestro Daniel W. Boothe, Symphonicity's Music Director & Conductor.
Guest Artists: Ballet Virginia, a professional local dance company, and Amber Kidd (Symphonicity's Principal Flute)
